Alan AI
AI Admissions Auditor
Re-assesses each application independently of Ada, then compares findings: an adversarial second opinion designed to catch anything missed before the human manager decides.
Grace AI

Hello, I'm Synthia from the Data and AI School of London, and you can find us at www.dataaischool.com.
For years, the standard model in further education has been the conventional classroom. Fixed timetables. Fixed locations. Everyone moving through the same content at the same pace, whether they're ready to move on or need more time. It works for some people. But it asks a lot of learners who are working, who are caring for family, or who simply learn better at their own pace.
Hybrid teaching improved on this. Some sessions online, some in person, more flexibility around when and how people study. But in practice, hybrid models are often still built around fixed cohorts and fixed dates. You've gained some flexibility, but you're still fitting your life around a timetable that wasn't designed with you in mind.
That's the gap we set out to close. At the Data and AI School of London, learning is built around the learner, not the timetable. For most of our qualifications, you can start on any working day, work through the material at a pace that suits you, and get your assessed work back within ten working days. Where a qualification genuinely needs a fixed group, such as our Functional Skills English speaking and listening component, we run that as a scheduled cohort. Everything else is yours to work through in your own time.
We're an NCFE approved centre, delivering regulated qualifications in cyber security, data, and digital skills, alongside Functional Skills English and Maths. Our current priority qualifications include the Level 3 Certificate in Cyber Security Practices, our Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry qualifications in Data Technician and Digital Support, and Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2. All course material sits on our online learning platform, so whether you're changing career, upskilling your team, or working towards a qualification you missed the first time round, you can start when you're ready.

Quick answers about our qualifications and how we work.
We are an NCFE approved centre delivering qualifications across five subject areas: Coding and Programming, Cyber Security, Data Science and Analytics, Cloud and Digital Support, and Functional Skills in English, Mathematics and Digital. Qualifications range from Entry Level to Level 5 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Not every qualification is open for enrolment at any given time; the catalogue shows which are.
These NCFE qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and are awarded by NCFE, an Ofqual-approved Awarding Organisation. The Data and AI School of London is an NCFE approved centre (Account No. 11001657).
Yes. All qualifications are delivered 100% online through our Moodle-based Virtual Learning Environment. You can study from anywhere in the UK with structured tutor support and flexible self-paced study.
Most of our qualifications use portfolio-based assessment, marked internally by our qualified assessors and externally quality assured by NCFE, so there is no traditional written exam. Functional Skills are the exception: they include externally set assessments taken under invigilated conditions, which we arrange with you.
Entry requirements vary by level. Level 2 qualifications are open to most learners aged 16 and over. Level 4 and 5 qualifications typically require prior learning at Level 3 or equivalent experience. We assess each applicant individually and recommend the most suitable qualification.
The fee is shown on the page of every qualification that is open for enrolment. Where enrolment has not opened yet we do not publish a fee, because the price is confirmed when the qualification opens. Nothing is paid at application: payment is taken only after you accept an offer, and our team will talk you through the options before then.
Complete our online application form. We will review your application and a member of the admissions team will guide you through enrolment, including your learning agreement and payment options.
Call us on +44 207 0990 956 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), email info@dataaischool.com, or use our contact form. We aim to reply within two working days.
