We teach AI and we build it. The school itself runs on the systems described below, inside a sector where every decision has to be evidenced to an external auditor. This page sets out what we build, how an engagement runs and what the first step costs, which is nothing.
Three things worth knowing before you read the service list, stated as plainly as we can put them.
Every engagement is scoped to end with something running: a live system, an automated workflow or a team trained to carry the work on. If the honest answer is that AI will not help with your problem, we say so at the discovery call, before you have paid for anything.
Our Principal is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Senior Lecturer in Computing, and leads every engagement personally. We are a small team, so the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
Our own sector is regulated education, where a decision has to be evidenced, retained for a stated period and explained to an external quality assurer. We build to UK GDPR requirements and design the audit trail in from the start. We do not certify your compliance: your own DPO signs that off, and we give them what they need to do it.
Four areas. They can be scoped one at a time or run together. Each is quoted at a fixed price against a written scope before any work starts, and the price moves only if the scope does.
Most organisations know they should be doing something with AI and cannot tell which of the ten suggestions in the room is worth the money. We work through your actual processes with your leadership team and produce a roadmap that says what to do first, what to leave alone, and the reasoning for both.
Indicative timescale: 2 to 4 weeks, delivered as a workshop series plus a written report.
Repetitive manual handling is slow, and it introduces the kind of error nobody catches until much later. We map your highest-volume workflows as they actually run, agree with you which steps can safely be automated and which need to stay with a person, and build the first group.
Indicative timescale: 3 to 8 weeks, depending on how many workflows are in scope. Scoping can be bought on its own.
Off-the-shelf tools solve the general version of a problem, and for a lot of organisations that is the right answer. Where yours is specific to your data, your customers or your regulator, we build for it instead. Which of those two you need is a question we will answer at the discovery call rather than after you have committed.
Indicative timescale: 6 to 16 weeks, with a demo every fortnight so you see the system before it is finished.
Buying a system does not by itself create the capability to use it. We design in-house programmes for the people who will actually use what you have bought, from the board down to the team doing the work. Where it suits the group, the programme runs towards a regulated NCFE qualification rather than a certificate of attendance.
Indicative timescale: from a single half-day session to a 12-week programme.

Thirty minutes, at no cost. You describe the problem, we ask about the process behind it, and we tell you whether AI is the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and that is still a useful thirty minutes.
A fixed price against a written scope, with the deliverables, the timeline and the measure of success in it. The price moves only if the scope moves, and any change is agreed in writing first.
A demo of working software every fortnight. You see the system as it is built rather than at the end, which is the point at which a misunderstanding is still cheap to correct.
Documentation, a training session for your team, and a support period whose length is written into the proposal rather than left to be agreed later.
Our own work is in regulated education, where data protection, auditability and evidencing a decision are not optional. That is the discipline we bring to any sector with the same constraints.
