Course overview

This NCFE Level 3 Diploma is designed to give learners the knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to developing competence in digital support, on the Digital Service Technician pathway. It provides reliable evidence of attainment against the occupational standard, preparing learners for service-desk and end-user support roles across the digital sector.

Learners complete mandatory units alongside the service pathway, covering productivity and software applications, digital information systems, troubleshooting tools and techniques, service management and communication with users, business operations and professional development. The programme is delivered 100% online with tutor support.

Assessment is internally assessed through a portfolio of evidence and externally quality assured by NCFE. On completion, learners are equipped for roles such as service desk analyst, IT support technician and digital services assistant.
