Appeals Submission Form

Use this form to submit a formal appeal (Stage 2) under the Appeals Policy (DAIS-POL-001).

You may appeal a decision that affects your qualification outcome if you believe it was made incorrectly, the process was not applied fairly, a reasonable adjustment was wrongly refused, there was a procedural irregularity, or you were disadvantaged by circumstances the centre did not take into account. You cannot appeal simply because you are dissatisfied with a grade. Before submitting, you should first raise your concern informally with your assessor via the VLE (Stage 1). Formal appeals (Stage 2) are handled under our Appeals Policy (DAIS-POL-001) and decided within 10 working days; if you remain dissatisfied you may escalate to NCFE (Stage 3).
