Course overview
This Level 4 Award gives learners the knowledge and skills to support progression into employment in a programming role, specialising in C#. Across two mandatory units, learners study professional programming concepts and then apply them in C#, writing, testing and refining real code.
C# is the language of the Microsoft ecosystem, .NET applications, cloud services on Azure, and game development with Unity. This compact higher-level award is designed for career changers and professionals who want a recognised Level 4 credential without committing to a full diploma. Delivery is 100% online with tutor support.
Assessment is through an internally assessed, externally quality assured portfolio of evidence, with no exams. The award supports progression to our Level 4 and 5 diplomas and further software development study.
